With you every step of the way

We want our customers to get the most out of fSeries. That’s why when you purchase any module we include a number of days of consultancy to be used in the early months of implementation. These days can be used for training and consultancy to get your use of fSeries off to a flying start.

fSeries annual support and maintenance starts the moment the software is delivered. Installation is free of charge and we encourage you to set up test and training servers.

The fSeries license is for a single live server but without limit on separate non-live servers for internal training, testing and development.

Customers are also available to use additional consultancy days. If you have new staff, this will help get them fully up to speed on how to use fSeries. If you have a new project, we can help you get it done. Or we can just take a look at what you’ve been doing and offer advice on how to improve or extend what you are achieving with fSeries.

We always like talking directly with our customers, but sometimes it’s best to log a support call. So Fibonacci offers support for all of our products via an online helpdesk service or by just picking up the phone to us.
