Processes

Set up and manage processes to generate documents and take actions such as emailing, bundling or filing them.

You can specify any output (dashboard or document) to be included in a process, conditionally. A process can then be used to email links to users to come and take a look or as an onscreen check list of items to be viewed.

The main purpose of Processes is to provide exception reporting directly to users who need to be updated. For example, to highlight individuals who have escalated to serious case status, in order to make workers aware.
