| Total View Assessments (TV Assess) |
An easy and cost effective way to output CareAssess documents.
- Do you need professional, quality, well-formatted output from CareAssess?
- Is WYSIWYG not good enough for your clients?
- Is the move to Actuate causing a bottle-neck?
- Or do you just not have the right tool for the job yet?
Simple and Effective
Fibonacci has developed a solution that requires minimal training and implementation, but makes it easy to build professional assessment documents. TV Assess lets you use Microsoft™ Word to design your documents, and then generate output in Word or PDF format, directly from CareAssess data. The documents and data can be related to the assessment's date, allowing for accurate retrospective printing of assessments.
Here's how it works.
First, you design the assessment layouts, then any user can download and print client assessments.
To design a "template" for a specific type of assessment (a question set):
- Design your template document in Microsoft™ Word using all of the style and layout options you wish (you may already have these available).
- Open your document in the Fibonacci TV Assess Designer.
- Select the assessment question set for the type of assessment required
- Mark the document to show where values and text are to be placed by simply selecting the area and clicking on the corresponding reference in the list provided.
- Save the template document
To generate a particular assessment, use one of the many methods provided:
- Link to an internal web page, providing the assessment id (this may be possible as a simple Actuate report, directly from CareAssess)
- Open a browser, enter the subject id and select from a list of valid assessments for the subject
- Use the TV Assess PDF Viewer from your desktop
- Use the TV Assess Word Viewer from within Microsoft™ Word
- TV Assess is also available from within Fibonacci Total View ESCR solution
