Total View has detailed security features preventing unauthorised access to the system and to records and documents. However, it is equally important to be able to account for users' activities, if and when necessary.
Total View logs all user activity from the moment they login .Access to records and documents is also logged, even if not challenged. This makes it possible to trace every access made by document, user, date or reason.

All changes made to Total View's own database are audited. So every change to every field can be logged, recalled and analysed. Because of the potential size of this audit, the system can be configured to choose only those actions you wish to monitor, from none all the way to full field level tracking.
