TOTAL VIEW: RELATIONSHIPS (TVR) Total View Relationships (TVR) lets social workers see clients in the context of their family and emotional contacts.
Genogram
A graphical view of a subject and their family and other people with whom they have a relationship. Interactively build the family tree and add other relationships to the chart. Import people and relationship details from your case management system. Search other data sources to find possible relationships. Drill down into areas of the chart, or even combine the genograms of two or more subjects. Save layouts for future reference.
Ecomap
Record the emotional significance of a subject’s family members and other contacts by interactively placing them in the chart. Search other data sources to find people of importance to the subject. Save layouts for future reference.
Import / Export
TVR operates independently of your case management system but you can still import details from it. A link is maintained between TVR and the case management system so that TVR can be updated whenever changes are made.
TVR can help in exporting data back to your case management system either manually or by providing scripts for automated data entry.
Dynamic Editing
TVR has a highly graphical and dynamic user interface that not only displays relationships in a clear and concise way, but also lets you manage the database directly from the graphical interface. So subjects may be added, new relationships created or simply a misspelt surname corrected directly from the genogram or ecomaps.
