Fibonacci’s Total View Outputs generates quality documents by gathering data from your social care databases and merging it with Microsoft® Word templates.
Using Word to design the outputs lets you create the level of quality you require to present documents to clients, courts and your own practitioners. Accessing data with Fibonacci’s data gathering engine lets you include and organise almost limitless content from all of your sources of social care data, including your case management database, education database, mental health, youth offending or any database or web service that is accessible to you.
For something simple like a client letter or form the data is simple – usually a single query to get the demographic data for the selected client, or maybe a second to include the “from” name of the user.
But for more complex documents TV Outputs is a powerful tool. Here are some examples:
Assessments
An assessment is a complex set of data, often comprising a whole range of data sets. Some are single text entries like observations; others are groups of records, such as needs. TV Outputs can gather all of these separately and insert them into the output document.
Chronology
A full combined chronology might contain time-based records from many different tables in many different databases. TV Outputs not only gathers data from different sources it can then merge the results into a single collection.
Client Information Sheet
If your case management system doesn’t already provide a comprehensive client details page, TV Outputs can do it for you. In one page show address, telephone numbers, relationships, involved workers, contacts. You can even include information from other data such as your education or mental health systems.
Care Plans
Like an assessment, a care plan contains a range of detailed information, and needs to be presented in a quality presentable way. Designing with Word and pulling together the data needed with TV Outputs will let you generate the care plans you need.
Documents can be made available to end users in a number of ways including direct links from your case management system and through our secure application with client searches, recently viewed clients and “my cases”.
