Chronology
One single source of information about an organisation in chronological order, from any data source you can reach, in one place. View it, then filter it, sort it and drill down into the detail.
Users can save hours finding out what they need to know and possibly even find details that they would otherwise miss.
Generate Letters
Set up any number of letters using Microsoft Word to design the structure and content, so that users can simply select the letter they need and print it out for the organisation they are viewing. Optionally, letters generated may be saved directly into the document vault (if the Document View module is in use).
Generate Client Forms
Similar to generating straightforward letters, but these documents are generated for each user associated with the organisation (e.g. residents in a care home). If Document View is use then Total View registers each client’s form as an outstanding document to be uploaded to the vault when the form is completed. This makes it easy to both generate forms required at the homes and to monitor their completion and return.
