Total View

TOTAL VIEW: CLIENT VIEW
Client View is the heart of Total View. It’s where everything about a client can be found.

Chronology
One single source of information about a client in chronological order, from any data source you can reach, in one place. Case Notes (activities, observations), assessments, documents, mental health database, youth offending... Then filter it, sort it and drill down into the detail.
Social workers can save hours finding out what they need to know and possibly even find details that they would otherwise miss.

Personal Details
See a client’s demographics, aliases, family members, warnings, other contacts, other involved practitioners. Even save time by getting road maps or local transport links to the client’s door.

Additional Information
Configure Total View to access details relating to clients from and database to which you have access. Users can then view these details from Total View’s client menu. The data retrieved in this way can be output in a Microsoft Word designed print format.

Lock Down
If a client’s records need to be subjected to higher than normal security (e.g. celebrity’s children or employees, or during an investigation) you can set that up here, adding a list of those users who can still view the client’s records.

Recent Viewers
All access to clients is logged, making it possible for users to see who has been looking at a client recently. Sensitive workers (e.g. AIDS counsellors) are automatically screened from general view.

Documents
If the Document View module is in use, all of a client’s documents can be viewed (subject to security) from here, either as a searchable database or as a traditional folder tree structure.

Tasks
If the Tasks module is in use, any tasks that are related to a client may be seen an acted upon from here.

Keysafe
If your authority operates a key safe service, a client’s key safe details may be viewed and maintained here, but only under strict security and subject to detailed logging for accountability.

Generate Letters
Set up any number of client letters using Microsoft Word to design the structure and content, so that users can simply select the letter they need and print it out for the client they are viewing. Optionally, letters generated may be saved directly into the document vault (if the Document View module is in use).

Family Members
Get a list of all of a client’s known family members with brief details and an option to drill down into their Client View records.

Searching
Extensive client search facilities are available making it easy to find a specific client in a single operation.

My Cases / My Clients
Each user can see a list of the cases (clients) with whom they have a current involvement and go directly to their Client View records. Users can also keep a separate list of clients that they are currently more focused on for quick access.
