TV Assess lets you connect Microsoft Word to your client assessment data to format professional, quality and accurate documents.
Getting started is very easy. With less than an hour’s training users are able to create assessments ready for presentation to clients, courts or any other use.
As well as client assessment data, you can include data from other sources into your assessment outputs. Generated documents automatically take into account the effective date of the assessment. You can also have any number of different “editions” of the same assessment (for example for social services, court or the client).
TV Assess can operate entirely stand-alone, but if it is used in conjunction with the Client View module you can see all of a client’s assessments directly from the client’s menu. If you are also using the Document View module you can have a signing edition of each assessment automatically saved into the document vault and flagged as outstanding when you expect the signed copy to be returned.
